I am a new patient to this practice coming from another state. Dr. Baker was very professional, easy to talk to, and very caring. Also, Dr. Baker's nurses and front desk representatives were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Baker and medical staff made me feel like they were happy I selected their office to continue my medical care.

I cannot think of a better place to go with issues I was experiencing. This was an annual wellness check, but I had a list of health questions. Dr Baker likes to keep his practice on schedule, which is good for both staff and patients. But he gave me the extra time and attention I needed, and I am grateful. He and his nurse, Beth, are always very kind, knowledgeable and supportive. And Dr. Baker amazes me with his in-depth knowledge of my medical treatments under the direction of several specialists I see. I am fortunate to have found this practice when I moved to the SC Midlands!

Provide a paper note or text a description of the rx that was called to pharmacy. This helps patient verify the rx given by pharmacy.

I checked in on My Chart before my visit and was asked to pay $30.00. After I paid, I received a message that I owed nothing, which is correct. There was no way to cancel my payment. I will have to go through billing, I suppose, to get my refund.
