Just specific details like why I take Wellbutrin. It was assumed I break down and start crying when I'm overwhelmed but I've never said that. It's understandable I know they see a lot of people

From the time that I entered the building until the moment that I walked out, I was treated with respect and kindness. Gretchen Kaune is one of the most caring and compassionate person that I have ever met in the medical field. She makes sure that all my questions are answered. I am very happy that I am a patient with Prisma Health.

I cannot think of anything that could make it better. It's always bright and cheerful. All of the front desk are very nice. NP Gretchen KAUNE is the best practitioner I've ever had. Somehow I always feel better after seeing her no matter how bad I felt at the beginning.

I had a wonderful physical there with Gretchen and the staff. The receptionist was most definitely very friendly. That's why I continue to go there. It's the only place I want to go and I trust everybody there most all the time. So it's a great place and I want to continue to go there.

The doctor was not engaged with me. I was a new patient to Prisma health and she lacked communication skills to ease my concerns about seeing them.

There is absolutely nothing that Gretchen can do to improve on pt care

The only suggestion I have that could make the process even better is once checked in, since we do the e-check-in, once we arrive at the desk, to give us just an idea about how long we may be waiting, especially since my appointment was with my child.

Excellent visit I was only confused on when to come back for my TRT test. I was told to come and I was also told I would be called. No big deal so I'll just head in on Monday. Other than that everything is and was top tier.

For my first visit, it was a very good experience. I thought the staff were professional and thorough.
