I was very satisfied with the care given to me.

I think they did a wonderful job and they've all been so helpful as I have recurring back situation and they always help and it's not always at the easiest times, so I really appreciate them.

Well I thought my care was fine, plus I have been seen there before and I had seen my provider before and she was aware of most of my health history. I have no complaints.

The doctor or np and nurse was all very respectful but the receptionist was not at all she was very rude to us and was not professional at all .

It would have been nice to know that it would have been acceptable if I couldn't get in with my primary care in a reasonable amount of time, that it would be definitely okay to come back to their practice without being told that I would immediately have to go to the emergency room as I was just in the urgent care at Prisma in Greenville tonight with an infection that I was being treated for on Wednesday and it was still coming up trace. So they're actually doing a test with scope and reflex where this clinic was not able to do that and I didn't know that and that's crucial for my diagnosis. So yeah.

The questions that I answered were for Fleetwood Urgent Care but getting an appointment across the road at Easley Baptist Hospital made me have go back at 7:00 that night to get an ultrasound done.

I can't think of anything at this time. I was impressed with their professionalism and also checking me out to make sure I would be OK.

I think that it would be hard to make suggestions off of one visit. I don't think there is much room for improvement. They did everything above and beyond what I anticipated. Hats off to the staff that I encountered.

None. My experience was a lot better than past experiences! The new space looks great! I did not have to wait long at all, was seen quickly, and was in/out in 30 min.! Way to go FCC!!
