It was an easy and quick visit. I am very thankful for FCC. The staff/providers are always kind and helpful.

The lady out front that signed us in could be more welcoming she was a bit cold didn't even look up at us found it to be very rude actually

I go there because I been there before they were fast for the amount of people that was there. I appreciate there kindness and will go back again if I have too.

Everyone was concerned and considerate and my pain. Gave me pain medicine before I left. I'm very grateful when I have to go to that office. Great staff and great Doctors in there. I would and have recommended them to other patients to go to this office when they needed medical attention. Thank y'all so much for listening and taking good care of me and my husband. Saved me a trip to the Emergency Room. And if I need them again I will be at that office. If not open to Emergency Room I go.

Afterwards I thought maybe I should have asked more questions so not sure the provider is at fault? Would like to have known how soon I would notice an improvement. Also, when would it be safe to get a gel wrap on that nail.

I had a good experience, there isn't anymore to add. Very nice staff, they were courteous, and expressed concern for my visit. I appreciated the professionalism.

The nurse practitioner told me that the prescription she wrote me was $2,000. And with my no care and all my insurance I was still was $300 and I couldn't afford it. Thank you.

I have zero complaints. There's not an option to leave something verbally. So no complaints. You guys done wonderfully. And my physician is amazing. I cannot express that enough.

Excellent experience

I came in and tested positive for Covid and the dr wouldn't give me anything told me to go and take over the counter medicine so it got worse over the evening. I sent my doctor a message and she called me in medication the next day that should've been done the day I was seen by that doctor not my doctor.

Everything went smoothly and I cant think of anything that needed to be changed or improve on!

Everyone was beyond my expectations very timely, took great. care of my needs. They were super in their knowledge, very thorough, and got me in and out in a timely manner. I really appreciated all they did to help me feel better!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. (Anything in question comes from my own inability to understand things.) Dr. Martinez was thorough, pleasant, patient, attentive and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. Although I never received any relief from pain and swelling in my leg, it was still, truly the best medical experience in years! (Guess we're still working on that!) Thanks!

All it was for to be checked to see if a hearing aide bubble was stuck in my ear. The out patient clinic was short staffed and the wait was over an hour
