I would like being prompted at the end of my visit with a question like, "what concerns do you have?"

Everyone was great. I really felt like the diagnoses was right on the spot. I don't know of anything else that could have been done for me

PA CARLSON was a much needed navigator. Everything was handled that we had struggled with in regard to cancer treatment.

Dr Carlson and staff are always curious and on top of everything.

The staff here and that I have encountered at all PRISMA Health facilities- Hospitals and doctors offices have been clean, well maintained inside and outside.From the time you enter to start your appointment until you exit I have found no issues.if I could the only thing I could want is valet parking 7 days a week especially because patients/clients who are handicapped who are able to drive themselves after parking have many hurdles to overcome to get to appointments and then after that have to get back to their car. Thanks for the opportunity to give my input.

I had a pleasant visit with the staff that was there to take care of me, even though I was feeling horrible due to illness, they took very good care of me, the PA that I saw was very informative and kind even ask me if I had any questions for him, and you normally don't get that from doctors they are in and out in a hurry. Very pleased with my visit , Thank you

I can't think of anything, everything was great.

Everyone in this practice were kind, considerate, and very professional.

I was told that I would receive two prescriptions, but I guess one didn't get sent. No real big deal, but worth commenting on. I received the antibiotic and that was the main medication. I was supposed to get another prescription to ease the symptoms of UTI. It's all good though.

From the front desk to the back offices all staff was very courteous effective and efficient

In the former practice, I had seen one of the NP's for a few years. She never went over my blood work like Geoffrey Carlson did. He is very thorough and you feel like he really cares. He is very patient and listens to what you say and I have never felt rushed. I am very thankful for the 2 sweet ladies up front and for Geoffrey Carlson!!!
