Everything about the visit was great

Nothing, Meghan and the rest of the office are great!

Believe African Americans when they say they are in major pain everyday, dont dismiss us for the teaching that we have a higher pain tolerance.

This is the best doctor and office l have ever had. I have no complaints

I would have wanted the doctor to actually touch my child in order to examine his body and to have a clear visual of what was wrong, what my concern was as far as the outbreak on his body, considering that she had already determined that it wasn't something contagious. It seemed like I had to be the one to move his shirt, pull down his pants, and so that she can get a better visual and a better, a full scope, the full scope of what the problem was. There was literally no physical contact at all, 0% physical contact. Not even checking his breathing.

There were 2 front desk ladies and 1 was very rude. The other was nicer.

At this point, there is nothing that needs improving on.

You need to have a physician present at all times and available to provide guidance to the mid level providers onsite.

I would like to have all my charges available at the office when I'm seen. I'm being billed without knowing charges and my last bill was $30 over what I was told it would be. For an office visit. I don't have insurance and knowing charges in advance allows me to decide if I can afford such things for that particular month.

I believe I received the support I deserved. The staff definitely has my trust and respect already, thank you!

I felt everything was really handled very well I was in extreme pain went I went to Meghan she helped me get my situation solved and I would recommend her to anyone she was an amazing provider

for them to come to my house and sit with me so I'd be smiling all the time and not worry about no pains and no problems.

Not a lot more they could have done. Was a routine wellness exam. Service was friendly and efficient. Was my first time seeing Meghan. She took the time to get to know me, asked about my past, etc. I had a couple small but extra items I needed looked at and she handled. Blood was drawn and results were back that afternoon on a 3 day holiday weekend. I was pleased.

At least take a look at the symptoms I have been having that I had written down instead of refusing to even glance over them. Maybe then discuss options and let me make an informed decision. It is my health after all, my body.

It would have been nice to have known that my results were in the day I got the test that's right. I knew it, what the results were before Meghan did. But I didn't get a phone call until two days later. So that could be definitely improved. When you get test results they should be given to you as soon as possible. And I don't think this was the case this time. Thank you.

I do not know what else they could have done to help me they were superb in treating me in every aspect

It was an excellent first visit. I'm definitely choosing Meghan Williams as my primary health care provider.
