This was my first time at Prisma, I had a Very positive experience, Dr. Gwendolyn Smith was extremely professional and knowledgeable, she listened to me and my concerns and prescribed the correct medications for me she's also an extremely nice person

A longer visit with the doctor

Everything was done very well. They only had no knowledge of my medical history because I have just moved here. I was so thankful they were able to get me seen on such short notice even though I had not been established as a patient yet.

As this was initial visit, with a new physician to me, building trust will take time...but initial impression was positive.

The nurses went above and beyond by checking my bp several times and averaging the numbers because it was crazy high at first. Dr Smith is very professional and she actually listened and addressed each of my concerns. The most helpful thing she did was to summarize her advice and put it on My Chart! I don't struggle to remember all her instructions! A very positive drs visit I'd say!

To offer more information on the test results on MyChart. I don't always understand those charts . I would like a personal note from Dr.

Referral process for appointment are always difficult to schedule.

I would have appreciated more information from the nurse about sources for my Covid vaccine

I was very happy with everything. My only minor issue the building looked to be a temporary building but it was clean and useful.

The paper sheet on the exam table had been previously sat upon. I'm an RN and noticed immediately. The nurse or MA didn't notice and I chose not to point it out. After she finished vital signs I changed it myself.

No improvements necessary. All staff is courteous and Dr Smith is patient and attentive. I'm very happy o chose her as my primary care doctor.

Dr. Smith is one of the best primary care doctors I have ever had. She knows the chart, she knows my concerns, she understands shared decision making, and she is up to date on best practices.

None my MD is very trustworthy calm caring and concerned for my well being. My nurse was the same. Very happy here.

Dr Smith is very is very committed to listening Completely to making good And accurate and complete Decisions on my health I do completely trust her!!!

I have total respect for Dr Smiths ability and professional standards. My only complaint is with the After Visit Summary which, I think, is inconsistent and confusing. For one example the Instructions says to continue taking all medications then the next section, says to start taking 3 meds that I have never heard of before, and stop taking 4 other med's that are unknown to me which includes "miscellaneous meds", I do not know what those are. During the visit we discussed my long time difficulty with dizzines, head discomfort and fainting. Dr. Smith,s solution was to discontinue Levothyroxine which I have been taking for more than 20 years. She kept my remaining Levo pills. I am looking forward for a better life.
