Honestly I could not have asked for more or better service and professionalism

Not really a complaint, but I just feel that instead of ending my Adderall prescription, we should have tapered back because I really feel like I still need my Adderall. But me and my physician are discussing that now.

I would have liked to know that the doctor wasn't going to call my prescription in right away. I didn't get my prescription refilled. Until after twelve o'clock the next day and it had to be done after me calling the office

Dr Gettys addressed my questions and concerns. He updated records and explained how everything comes together. His manner and attention are greatly appreciated.

The only thing that was unusual was our wait time to be seen but that is not normal for them. We're not normally there that long. But the care team was great and took very good care of me.

I did not see the doctor that you're asking me about. I only saw a nurse. I was there just to learn how to use the medication and give myself a shot. I did not see a physician that day.

They do a really good job i have complete confidence in that office I've been treated with respect and very professional dr.getty has been my family doctor for about 20 years he's always been professional anser any questions I have i trust all them in that office completely.

The signage for this office is AWFUL! GPS took us to the lower parking lot; the PRISMA sign for the Lung Center is at the top of the cross street. There was no visible sign on the building that could be seen from the parking lot on the correct side of the building. Reception noted that patients with O2 tanks had climbed the stairs to find the correct entrance. It's not that difficult to print and laminate a piece of paper with "LUNG CENTER" on it and attach it to that bridge at the handicap parking spot.

I felt everyone was very professional and helpful in providing my care.
