Nothing, got in quickly with an alternate provider on an office half day due to snow. Different doc was knowledgeable and thorough.

I would like to express my concern about the behavior I experienced during my recent visit. It seemed that some of the staff thought we didn't understand English, so they spoke in a disrespectful and discriminatory way, even though they smiled on the outside - their words were still very offensive. Additionally, the doctor's examination felt very rushed, as if they were just going through the motions without truly paying attention.

My newborn has a congenital issue that requires support from urology. We had a prenatal consult and received guidance from the urologist, indicating that outpatient imaging and diagnostics would need to be done after birth. Between the hospitalist pediatrics, the PHP-Patewood primary office, and the Pediatric Urology group, there seemed to be confusion about who could (or must?) order the tests. That process was frustrating and inefficient, and we had multiple conversations in person about the issue and still had to resolve with a series of calls between offices. That process could use improvement.

There wasn't anything else anyone could've done to make this experience better than it was. I was thoroughly pleased with the care my son received from the front desk to the lab!
