I was a new patient, so I had to wait a little while before getting an appointment, but I was very pleased when I did get in to see her. I told her about my medical history which it was already mostly on her computer. I was very pleased with everything.

I don't have anything to say about improving it. What I do have to say is that my doctor, Dr. Johnson, is the best I've had in 20 years. She was dealing with a severe problem the day that I had and she told me, don't worry about it, we'll get it taken care of. I'm highly pleased that I switched to Prisma a few years ago. Thank you.

Dr Johnson is an excellent doctor for my physical and emotional health. She is kind and helpful. I don't know of a better duo than Dr Johnson and Faith.

Everything was great

I was advised to continue to take over-the-counter medications, even though I explained that I tried those medications and they didn't work. I feel like I made a trip to visit a doctor and I came out with a solution to my problem. It would've been much more helpful if I would have been given something new to try.

Need more time to discuss health issues and possible solutions.

Dr Johnson is always thorough. She has a great bedside manner. That's important to seniors. We want to be heard and she does listen.

She is the first doctor who truly listened and came up with creative solutions and supported my philosophy of natural remedies, nutrition and lifestyle management in addition to medicine, if needed.

The staff at Prisma Health Seneca Medical Associates does not need any improvements. Their support, trust and respect is the upmost I have experienced in my lifetime. Dr. Jessica Johnson is the most resourceful, compassionate, and professional doctor I have ever met. It's a pleasure to have her as my doctor.
