I love my provider I think the paperwork for Prisma is out of hand 2forms and the nurse asking you about if you have food electronic and feel safe is just to much!

I realized the entire office is under te-construction but once instructed where to "new" lab (20 min late) was located we sat there for quite a few minutes and one person kept walking in and out of waiting room. Finally she called us back and said she was not aware we were for her. ???????? That might be something that needs losing into.

You could have had some type of a coffee dispenser and maybe disposable cups to dispense coffee into. Coffee would be nice.

I feel more "heard" and more involved in my care with Meredith than I ever have with any other provider. She has a conversation with me as opposed to simply telling me what I need to do, and I appreciate that very much.
