This was a wonderful visit! I am switching from one hospital/physician system to Prism, so this was a first visit. The doctor had gone over my health health history ahead of time, listened to my concerns, asked appropriate questions and gave complete answers to my questions. I am so happy to find a doctor with concern who shares her knowledge!

I wouldn't change anything. At my age I've seen a lot of medical offices, this practice treats you like family and they really listen and care! I'm very blessed to have found Dr Purcell and her staff!

Dr Purcell listened intently to all of my concerns. She is a very caring doctor. I trust her judgment completely. My biggest fear is that she will be replaced by AI. AI can never replace the one-on-one contact between a doctor and their patient.
