Nicole Welborn, NP is extremely caring and competent and I am blessed to have her as my primary care provider. The facility is clean and beautiful and the ancillary staff is pleasant and professional. I have one suggestion for improvement - please put the human connection back in your phone system. There are times when individuals just don't have the bandwidth to navigate listening to phone menu options, many times receiving the message that the mailbox is full at their final destination. It would be much appreciated if this could be remedied. Overall, I love this clinic. Thank you!

My visit was perfect. An emergency visit and I wasn't expecting to see Nicole. She saw me in the waiting room and the next thing I know I'm visiting her. Praise the Lord. I'm so grateful.

Listening to the patient is very, very important. The patient would know how they feel, unless they have assistance from family or licensed assistant. Listen and when a patient says they do NOT want a Covid test. That is the end.
