I saw a student and not the actual provider shakita rhodes.She did not even come in to see me and address my concerns. The notes from visit do not show that I was seen by the student and their name at all of who actually saw me.

Shakitia and the student she had with her were so patient, kind, and very helpful with me during my appointment. I get anxious being at the doctors, but they made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and made me feel like I was in good hands. Thank you for all you do!
