None, great care as usual

I think the entire staff was wonderful!!!!! Very pleased with all staff and I am looking forward to our relationship in the future!!! My Doctor was very helpful and he listened to me and helped me with prescriptions that I needed and he made me feel at home!!! Anything I questioned him on he made me feel so good about my future relationship with this Office!!! I thank everyone in the office ????

It would have been nice to get an appointment before going to the ER.

Well I dont know about that 1 but my doctor is a very knowledgeable doctor takes his time to go over my issues. Always rapid response on messages. Been seeing this doctor for some years i gotta give him 10 out 10

This is one of the bst visits I have had. Nothing could have been improved.

You rescheduled a 7:40 am appointment overnight to 11:40 am and then never told me either via text or MyChart. This is presumptuous and disrespectful.

I was cared for in a caring, professional and timely way, had all my concerns addressed and solutions planned. Everything was perfect!

I was treated courteous and respectfully until I left.

Vitaliy did a great job. The healthcare establishment did a horrible job with COVID and I don't trust them anymore. For the people at Prisma who led the COVID response, who in retrospect did a bad job, it would be good to see them fired. And until that happens, I won't trust Prisma, except I do trust Vitaliy, my care provider.

The nurse could have been able To Pronounce the medications she went thru with me ... i helped pronounce most of them For Her

Make sure the medicine.doesnt cost patient an insurance pays from meds they pick up at pharmacy!

All hospitals should have that great of a care team. They showed they was there for the patient not there selves. They explained the procedure to the other nurses and patient even let the person know that was with the patient too. Awesome job.

There is nothing that needs improvement! This office is consistently respectful, helpful and prompt. Vitaliy, the NP I saw, could not have been better. He listened well, and explained what he would be doing during my exam to evaluate what was wrong with my ankle. He clearly explained that he would like me to have an xray to be certain it wasn't broken, and he showed me where to get 2 supports he recommended. I left the appointment knowing what he thought was wrong with my ankle, and how to take care of it until the xray information was available.
