Hard to improve on THE BEST From the nurses to the Doctor

Staff & Dr were excellent

Everything about my visit was great. I was seen in a timely manner and Dr was great as always.

The wait was much too long. Half hour before Dr. half hour before had blood work done, total of TWO hours!

Everything was handled perfectly

Your medical personnel are the best i have ever had during my lifetime. I am very thankful for all of them

I wished I could of stretch my legs but they were worried I might fall

We love Dr. Baglio, enjoy working with nurse Hibbert, and have fun while interacting with the people who work at the registration desk. You have assembled an outstanding team here.

I've had a great relationship with Dr. Baglio but it was very obvious that by the time he saw me he was very exhausted and was looking for surface level answers only.

Have more people like Dr. Anthony and the nurse who cared for me.

I was advised to get two vaccines, the pneumonia vaccine and the shingles vaccine, but I was not provided any information letting me know how sick I could become. So I had to miss a day of work, almost another day, almost two days of work. Had no idea that would be a possibility. Shame on me, I guess, for not asking questions, enough questions about the vaccines, but just wish that had been explained so I was a little bit prepared before becoming so sick. Also mentioned I would be taking a Skyrizi medication soon and the next couple days and so it would have been nice to know to delay that which I had not

Have nurses that care. Mine was cold and impersonal. My doctor was professional. While not warm, it was obvious he was rushed.

I think the total staff from receptionist, nurse and doctor were a team that demonstrated they cared. Thank you.

Not to be in such a rush to get thru the visit, I do understand there are other patients to get to, but It gives me comfort to think of questions I should ask.

We are very pleased with Dr. BAGLIO. I can't think of anything needing improvement.

The nurse who took my blood for the test was so friendly, listened to me carefully & answered all my questions and concerns. I was so comfortable with her to ask about all my doubts. Hope all nurses are like her.

Maybe a little more info on new medication potential side effects/interactions with current meds.

If it's not broke, don't try to fix it! One point, in the phlebotomist space all of the posters have been removed? Why? I and I'm sure many others found them humorous and a distraction from being stuck with a needle.

The quality of treatment, Support, trust and respect that I received was excellent, I do not have any suggestions for improvement at this time.

For the Medical input nurses not to be so seemingly busy or rushing to get past me and not responding to my reply to the information given to me by the nurse herself. Inputting information on a patient's health records needs to be accurately entered and not rushed. Pay more attention to the patient while conducting the appointment visit, you may be able to catch a physical issue undetected by the patient and have a better response time on what might be a noticeable health issue.

Dr. Baglio is a truly great doctor. I appreciate the level of care, and the investment into my overall wellness that he demonstrates each time we meet.

As a partially disabled patient, I would like the reception counter to be closer to the door rather than all.the.way.across.the.room. Dr Baglio and the team at Five Forks are the best. Dr. Baglio is possibly the BEST primary care provider I have had in my adult life.
