Everything was fine, can't think of anything else.

Give me medicine for pain instead of researching the meds I asked for. The new ibuprofen rub on is all. I asked for.

That was my new patient first visit. Not much of my history was available. That will improve over time.

Dr Green is great. I wish I switched to him earlier! He takes time to explain things and ensures all concerns are covered.

This appointment did not have to happen in person! Could have been done via video call. I am told that PRISMA video calls do not work from an out of state location. Perhaps it's time to enhance your video call capabilities. I had to wait a month for an eight minute meeting with my doctor! Definitely not the best service.

None, The expeditious service and care is great along with Dr. Green.

It was difficult to get the MA to slow down and listen to me at times. She did seem quite competent.

I was very pleased with my visit.

Following is Just a statement: I have been patient with Prisma Health Group ever since it started. My health included and continue office and hospital stays. I have always limited my interactions with medical staff to medical questions and needs. Never have or will ask any inappropriate questions. Recently I am suffering from memory loss and sometimes use wrong words , however, I am very cautious. Thanks for noting

Actually, I was quite pleased. The only problems were the long waits for appointments. The treatment was very good. Also, the MYchart website is REALLY slow but does eventually work OK

This inquiry is a mistake. I did not see Vincent, I wasn't looking for a Dr. I was at the 5 Forks office with my wife to receive our annual Flu Shots. That activity went very smoothly. We will probably return when the next Covid shot is available.

I am very happy with the medical care given me by Dr. Green for the past seven years. His performance needs no improvement in my opinion nor does that of any of the staff at Five Forks.

I have never had more trust in my life for any Dr. Like I do for Dr.Green. He is a rare breed. He ALWAYS take his time , even though he is so busy. He is ALWAYS so thorough. He make me feel like I'm his only patient. I am truly so grateful to have such a great Dr. Above all that, he is incredibly knowledgeable. ALWAYS diagnosis whatever I'm seeing him for. ALWAYS get the right medication the first time. Lastly, his entire staff is so accommodating and so friendly. What more can I say except thank you Dr. Green

I was there for scheduled blood draw for labs for next week's checkup. However, Dr Green had not submitted any info to the lab tech and she had to go find him and find out what he wanted tested in order to do her job.

I appreciated Dr Green took time and did not rush through the appointment.

It is hard to get to see a Dr when you have a sudden illness because you can't get an appointment. When you call they have a recorded message that you tell you need to see a Dr and they don't get back to you. Impossible to talk to anyone. I was able to get an appointment the next day at 4PM on MyChart but never got to talk to anyone. Had seen the Dr two days before and he sent me for tests and told me to come back if I didn't get better but hard to come back when you can't get an appointment!

I absolutely have no complaints about Dr Green and his staff. They are the best of the best.
