Dr. Hayward and her staff and office are simply wonderful. They are all pleasant and professional. Dr. Hayward takes the time to listen to your concerns, follow up on her concerns, refers you for appropriate services, and celebrates your achievements like a lower A1c. I am so pleased to have found the best doctor ever. She genuinely cares for you as a patient and as a person!

I was told to check out at the front desk however, They were surprise and said they don't exit a visit. Therefore I left without a Summary of my visit.

I love my doctor, I would not trade her for anything. She always listen to my and give me advice. Never try to be in a hurry

Everyone treated me kindly even when I was confused where to go next.

Staff was very short in tone and communication. Nurse that called me back did not come to the waiting room but instead shouted my name from around the corner. To be honest, the visit was very awkward.

I had been trying for about two months to get an appointment with Dr. Hayward, and no one would answer at the front desk appointment desk. And so when I left a message, no one would return my call. I ended up sending an email to Dr. Hayward, and she was able to reach back out to me immediately. But the initial request for an appointment was not returned.

Continue your kind and great process of caring for your elderly patients in such a very respectful way. The Dr explains their medical care where they can understand and comply with what's medically best for them.

The nurse could've been nicer and more welcoming. The doctor didn't seem to know my medical history nor purpose of the appointment.

Honestly Dr Hayward is the first medical doctor I have had in the last 3 yrs to listen love her job hear me and look into my health an she provides suggestions and ideas and most importantly test/lab results majority the same day in detail and breaks it down for you to understand or the very next day and responds promptly on my chart! Her and her team is top notch 10 out of 10 highly recommended! She's perfect!!! I paid on a non existent balance in office on my last visit and on purpose!

Needed to talk with doctor about one of my medications. Went out of room to get blood work and did not talk with her after blood drawn. Was handed my paper in lab to leave. Could have been a miss communication.
