Visit was thorough and considerate for delicate issue. Good follow up messages as well. Good clarification.

Front desk receptionist was rude and hateful. She did not listen to my question and cut me off raising her voice so entire office and waiting room could hear. I asked for office manager. Treatment was so rude that I thought of switching to another Prisma ddoctor.

She provided handouts and recommended I check back in a few days if there was no improvement. She also referred me to an Prisma ENT office for additional follow up.
