Documentation required by my employer as far as my short-term disability claim. They had to resend it to the provider, medical provider twice, and hopefully it will reach my employer in a timely manner. That would be the only issue that I had, that my employer had to resend the documentation to be completed and returned to the employer in a timely manner. Thank you.

I wanted to say that Micah was excellent. He was so helpful and helped me in my time of need. He is a very valued PA and I really appreciate what he did for me. Thank you, Micah.

it felt as if the provider was very dismissive of what I had to say. it felt that he would rather get through my appointment as quickly as possible- even though I had to wait for him to come in when the office appeared to be mostly empty.
