It would be very helpful if all staff could consistently wear their name tags. During my recent visit, I noticed that the medical assistant (dressed in black) who took my vitals and the person who checked me in were not wearing theirs. I value building rapport with the individuals I interact with regularly, and knowing their names allows me to provide positive feedback and reviews. Since Prisma provides name tags, I kindly request that all staff wear their ID badges.
