The nurse practitioner who saw me was top notch! I wouldn't change a thing

Nothing PRISMA health is an outstanding healthcare system.

My husband has been coming here for many years and has never had any complaints or issues. When I decided that I needed a doctor closer to home he suggested that I start going to Easley Family Practice. After my visit I was thinking about everything and the one word that describes my first visit with this medical office and staff is TRUST. I felt completely at ease and like I now have my healthcare in very good hands. I was very satisfied with my visit.

Listen as I explained every year at this time. I come down with bronchitis and I feel sure that's what this is going to turn into I'm having same symptoms. I must have said these 3 or 4 times it was never taken into consideration. She sent me home with cough medicine. 2 days later, I called my symptoms were worse. She had me come back in for what I don't know. Why could you not have just sent me in an antibiotic. As sick as I was, I had to go back up there. And sit around for about 35 minutes while she did nothing but ask the same questions, she asked me 2 days prior. She also ask me more questions. And she did listen to my chest. And that's all she did. Accept She did send me home with an antibiotic. I'm not real sure I have any trust in her. I've seen several of the p. A's, but not real crazy about this one.

I can't think of anything at this time! Visit was beneficial and I hope to get better soon

She was thoughtful and caring, and she provided the information that was essential for me to understand.

The nurse practitioner was very unconfident. I felt like I was not listened to and misdiagnosed. I had asked for an appointment to have lab testing done and she would not do it.

I felt needed more time. There was a lot to go over as a new patient and I didn't feel I had addressed everything I wanted to.

It would have been great to have my records transferred from my previous My Chart app
