Dr. Patel is so attentive and knowledgeable about health matters and explained her actions and testing so well that I can't think of anything further she could have done other than what she actually did.

Dr. Patel would not renew my seizure medication that I had been on for 20 years without any side effects, stating she was not a neurologist, that I needed to see a neurologist. Stated that I would not do so just to have the med renewed,I do not need eeg's etc. She then asked how I would get the med renewed since she would not do it, leaving me without a med with serious side effects if abruptly discontinued. I have not had a seizure since starting this med. It was prescribed by a neurologist at Bauman Gray. I not return to this practice but will get another primary md. I am an RN with a MS degree very knowledgeable about my health and the responsibilities of health care providers. She left me in a potentially dangerous situation, because she "was not a neurologist ".

I cannot think of any needed improvements. All respect/services were offered on day of appointment.
