I have no complaints about the treatment I received or the way the staff dealt with me. I trust Dr. SIMONEAU completely. He actually listens to what I have to say which is refreshing after some of the physicians I have seen before.

Just continue the same as I always experience.

Dr Simoneau is a humble and caring person. I can tell he truly wants to help me get my health under control. The world needs more drs like Dr. Simoneau. The ladies at the front (receptionist) are wonderful. They ALWAYS treat me good when I come in. Overall, I always have good experiences at my visits. Let me not forget the nurses. They as well are always nice to talk too. Most of the time we have a laugh or two before seeing the Dr. Everyone is important and everyone makes the world turn there. They are doing a good job.

Nothing! I have always been treated respectfully and professionally. Doctor Simoneau takes time to address all of my health and medication concerns, and always provides with a reassuring response. Everyone in this office have always been friendly and professional. Never a long wait time to see the doctor.

I was referred to the hospital for X-rays for a broken hand. Received an online confirmation that it was broke but didn't hear back from Orthopedics for 24 hrs . After they finally called I was not able to get an appointment until a week from today. I have not received in instructions on care or how to care for my broken hand until my appointment next week.

First appointment was unexpectedly canceled, had to rebook the same date and time for 6 month appointment, not sure what happened.

More communication between doctor and patient other than during visits .I find it hard to get in touch with the doctor at times.
