Wait time could be shorter. I presented 15 minutes before appointment and sat in lobby 30+ minutes after my appointment time.

I am a self pay. I pay my bills but do not continue to overcharge me. I later received a bill for $332?! Seriously. For an office visit? I happen to know Medicare would never pay you that much and neither would any other insurance. The allowable amount wouldn't come close to that. You need to get your act together.

I just want to say that the service I got from Dr. Reese's office was excellent. All and above.

I waited 45 minutes in the waiting area and no one said anything or explained why. I had to ask if there was a problem. I feel like they should have told me why I was waiting so long, then when I got back into the exam room I waited over 30 minutes in there and no one came back in to explain. I understand they get backed up, but I had things to do.

I cannot think of anything you could do to make my experience better! This medical office is top notch!

Yes, I was sent to x-ray and up on entrance to the hospital. I was frisked and my purse was taken and it was examined and I was held at the entrance for a moment and then finally released and let go into the hospital. And I didn't have anything on me except a very small purse with my phone and some other essentials. Other than that, okay.
