I have been seeing Dr. Belinski for a number of years and very happy with the care I received from her. And the lady that took my blood test was super. I couldn't even tell where the needle went in. And if I hadn't have seen the blood, I would have wondered if I even had a blood test. She was really, really good. But everybody was very kind and helpful. Thank you.

I was especially impressed at Dr Belinski remembering prior symptoms I faced at an earlier visit. She listens and is very respectful,caring and encouraging. I also appreciate her quick responses to my chart messages and test results.

Since I have no complaints and am satisfied with my care and I have good insurance everything is good.

During my visit at check in ,the check in clerk said rudely and loudly "it is stated in the computer that we need a co pay specifically from You. The worker beside her laughed and said she never saw that in the system for anyone. I felt she should have said You have a copay. And left the Specifically out of the statement. It was embarrassing because others were in the waiting room. More customer service respect is needed.

They did an excellent job, nothing else could've made it better.

This was a home visit. Dr. Belinski gave up part of her lunch time to visit me at my home which I appreciate very much. Information she provided will be beneficial to reducing my pain.

You all could provide better privacy when the person walks in concerning their age, their name, and their co-pay and their insurance information.

Would be nice & helpful to have a dietitian or nutritionist available to medical providers to refer their patients to for more extensive help re' diets depending on patients diagnosis.

I was given an 11:30 appointment but didn't see the doctor until 12:30 and my husband who is also ill was left from 11:00 until 12:54 to wait for me. This is not what I expected from Jodi. I am not much better today.

I'm completely satisfied with the care that I received. Dr Belinski is a wonderful doctor. She is always willing to be there to help or support your needs.

I love my care; I do not care for "My Chart." I had 9 msgs. which I had to type in user name and password for each. Just TOO time consuming, and since I am not familiar with medical terminology, they really do not help.

The paperwork and change of medication notice was not given to me. My daughter had to go to the office and pick it up.
