Call patients after visit with the lab results instead of them having to review them in MyChart.

My visits are always great. From reception to clinical. The only feedback I have for improvement is that when I have messaged over the years to reschedule an appointment, I do not get a response. I always get a prompt response when I message the clinical team, but when I message about an appointment I do not. If they do not work those messages, the option should not be available.

I can't think of one thing everyone was very helpful and treat me as if I was someone not just a patient.I love it they are wonderful.

The visit with Marion Geddings, per usual, is great! She is amazing! She takes her time and listens and gives valuable insight. First medical person in a long time to provide good care! I trust her.

I think Dr Marion Geddings would give good advice on anything medical or otherwise.

If the appointment is delayed for a reason (provider), the patient in the waiting room should be informed of this delay and possibly given the chance to reschedule, if the delay is longer. The patient is expected to be on time and should in turn be able to expect the same from the provider. This also shows respect for the patient.

So beyond thankful for Mrs Geddings and her staff. She actually listens and helps!!!

Please.dont change a thing. As a veteran that spends hours and months waiting on the phone and scheduling an appointment. I'm so greatfull of the speed and concern that I get with my caregiver and her team. Everyone treats me like family and knows me by name. That speaks volumes!!!!

This office does a good job of answering questions, refilling medications and rescheduling when needed. Claire Geddings and her team are very attentive and encouraging. I have been with this team for 3yrs and feel my health has improved consistently. Thank you, y'all are doing a great job.
