Everything was perfect I love the nurses and my Dr the are amazing

It's a great group. I am comfortable there.

David Morgan is excellent! I never fill these thing but am now because he goes above and beyond.

Can't think of anything. David Morgan was professional, compassionate, courteous, knowledgeable, personable. I am thoroughly pleased with my care. He has my best interest at heart. Also, person who did my labs was professional, personable, and caring. I didn't even feel the needle stick my arm.

Everything was as it should be.

It was perfect.

1. Focus on getting the patient in and out. Chat with coworkers after the patient is checked out. 2. Yes ma'am it's not a greeting. Mentioning the above does not negate the excellent care I receive at this medical office. Dr. Morgan, his care team, and the overall staff are exceptional.

I can't think of anything that would have made it better. The doctor (David Mogan) was not my normal doctor and he was very thorough. He asked great questions and he knew my medical history. He was concerned about test I haven't had and reminded me that it is important to get them.

Unable to think of a single thing. I can say with confidence, I have not had a concern with NP Morgan or any other staff member. So, I can only say, keep doing what you are doing. You are appreciated. I would like to say this; I hope NP David Morgan does not have plans to leave.

Prisma requires visits to be so short, it is impossible to cover what I need. Also, the phone menus are too long and you can't ever reach anyone.

I have no recommendations. I have always been pleased with the entire staff. David Morgan and others treat me with respect, they listen, answer questions with knowledge and resolutions. Lab personnel draws blood with no pain or problems. I received a flu shot without even feeling it. I would recommend David Morgan to anyone.

I am very pleased with and grateful for the swift response to my unease about my symptoms. I never feel my provider is rushed. He is a good listener and supportive of my care-giver concerns. I recommend this practice to those elders seeking better care

One way you could continue to build trust and respect is by ensuring every patient feels heard without being rushed. Taking a moment to ask, "Is there anything else you'd like to discuss today?" can go a long way in reinforcing that their concerns truly matter.

My visit was exactly what I needed. Dr. Morgan mapped out a specific plan of care for me to follow with no room for errors ? I appreciate the time spent and the knowledge shared. He is an exceptional Doctor.
