Wait time was unacceptable. Arrived at 3:00 for new patient process even though forms were completed on line. Took 5 mins. Appt was at 3:30. Did not see Dr Hester until 4:40.

The front desk needs to smile and show courtesy to all of the patients. Stop arguing with the patient and giving out the wrong information.to the patient. Front desk is not friendly at all.

My only challenge is scheduling a year out because I don't know my teaching schedule that far in advance. I often have to change it, which delays the visit. Otherwise, top notch care in every way. Prompt, thorough responses on My chart questions, excellent care overall!

I have been seen at this office with this provider and her team for years. Never had any issue with treatment. The only thing is appointments are hard to get at times. That's because Dr. Martha Parker- Hester is an excellent physician and people under her care usually never leave. I'm one of those people. So the only thing I can say is for them to keep doing what they're doing. It's working.
