I was thoroughly satisfied with the visit.

None. Everything was excellent as usual.

I would like the option for my visit not to be audio recorded for transcribing purposes. My provider DID inform me that the visit was being audio recorded at the start of my visit however I wasn't sure if I had the option to decline this. If so, I prefer to decline.

Nothing needed to be improved because this practice is the best!

Her team worked me in on a day when they were shortstaffed. Thanks for the help.

It would have improved trust and respect if I wasn't being recorded the whole time I was talking to my health care practitioner.

just making the appointment online was frustrating. You or I couldn't do it for the same day. After calling in to speak to someone was much more helpful.

The provider and nurse always go "the second mile" to assure that I feel comfortable and cared for.

Everyone was professional, yet friendly, and the appointment went well. I have no suggestions for improvement.

Ms. Shumpert is excellent. I have no complaints with the care I receive from her and her team.

I received exemplary support and care during the entire visit. Prisma providers were kind, attentive and supportive.

I don't think that you can get any better than that job well done.

My doctor should have been more genuine and concerning. Her energy was off and I felt like she didn't care. Won't be returning.
