Everything was top notch!

Ii isn't a high thing but when I asked to schedule an appointment for my husband per Dr Motley direction, the front desk person said it would take too long because he wasn't already in the Prism system and that she would call later but she never did. Now I'm going to have to call and explain everything all over to whomever answers and probably have the appointment delayed longer than we would like. Being able to take care of this while I was right there in the office would have been a better experience.

The front desk people were difficult to communicate with. They spoke without looking at me and one had a mask on and it made it difficult to understand her.

The front desk person had a mask on and spoke in almost a whisper. I could not hear her at all and had to kept asking what she said. I had to greet her, she did not greet me when walking up. When the nurse swabbed my throat to check for strep she did it 4 times and then said "I think that's good enough". I could tell she was unsure so it didn't put faith in me that my results would be accurate.

It was a great visit. No concerns.

I would have liked more specific information about how to proceed with the remote patient monitoring that has been prescribed. Even the message in my chart did not specify if l needed to take the necessary information to the doctor's office or elsewhere.

I have no reservations about my visit. I got it on short notice with no trouble at all.

Probably check in process could be faster

I didn't get seen till almost 30 minutes after my appointment time. And did not feel like I was listened to.

Dr. Motley was wonderful as always! There is no way to improve when it comes to her. I am very thankful she is my primary care physician.

There was no way that my appointment could have been better. The Doctor could not have been better in the attention to my health.

I drove over an hour to see Dr Motley because health care in my area is lacking in a variety of ways. The visit was better than I could have hoped for and I will definitely be back. Thank you all for doing health care RIGHT!

Have more than one person on staff who can draw labs so that they spell each other for lunch breaks. That way there would always be someone to draw labs so that we don't have to make a trip back or go elsewhere for lab work.

Ask, rather than make assumptions about diet.

The outside of the building around the entrance and that area could be cleaned for summer webs. That is probably something the business park does. It would be good if they go ahead and make that happen sooner rather than later.
