I was pleased with every aspect of my visit

My physician was very thorough and went over my chart with me and listened to my concerns. She made sure everything was addressed. Great physician. My MA was also great during my intake .

More time to ask questions

I completely trust Dr. Hood and can't think of any ways to improve that.

Have a few issues but I would not discuss them on this survey. We feel the appointment should be a "what do you think about your health and what can we do to help you improve it". Some of our past doctors give us meds we need or have had in the past. I believe that some of the over the counter can help, don't keep adding to the dosage.

I'm still waiting. She gave me all the stuff so that I could send my sample stool to the hospital, and I haven't got no answer from the doctor that she recommended. I'm still waiting. I took the stool to the Memorial Hospital the same day that I had the appointment.

Nothing. Everything was great. Dr. Hood is such an amazing doctor. She doesn't rush through my appointment and is always so thorough. All the nurses were great as well.

Dr Hood and her staff are excellent. She listened to my health concerns, reviewed the recommended next step, and took time with me to make me feel comfortable. I cannot make any recommendations for improvement. Thank you

There should be ample facilities to get blood work done there

Very disappointed that I was only able to speak to Dr. Hood for about 30 seconds after waiting two months for an appointment. I spent the whole time with a medical student and I was not asked if that was OK.

Talked about and explained more about some medications. But they did get my husband in right before my appointment due to having to cancel one of his appt because of a doctor shortage, don't know the exact problem.

I know Dr. Hood said they were looking for a new bigger office. I sure hope it's closer to Greer. That's the only thing I don't like about this is it's a long drive

I was directed to sign up for a litany of expensive tests and procedures even though I have no health problems, no health insurance, and no money to afford any of them. It's clear to me that Prisma is just trying to suck as much money out of us as possible. This is not health care. It's a money-making racket. I will never return for another appointment.

I would have liked the doctor to ask if I had any issues or questions and given me more opportunity to speak and ask questions. She seemed kind and pleasant but I didn't feel like I had adequate time to build trust during our first meeting, while I'm trying to evaluate a potential new primary care provider.

Dr Cassidy was very professional and attentive with a very positive and upbeat attitude . My only suggestion would be that the staff be a little friendlier and welcoming. Nurses should identify themselves and act at least somewhat happy to see you. Small things like that make a difference.

The provider is great and so is the staff I would charge nothing.

Dr was very rude, first impression is definitely a 0/10 I didn't feel heard or listened to. Doctor told me what she wanted me to do instead of listening to what I wanted to do. Doctor didn't say nothing about what was my last visit about and more so about me being a diabetic, I would not recommend anyone to ever visit this place.

Cassidy Hood went through my entire history with me. She was amazing and forthright and told me things I had no idea was in my records or anything like that. Gave me a much more comprehensive look at my health. I'm very proud to have her as a physician and a trusted physician. Thank you.

I finally felt heard and was given things to help in my fight against obesity and Hashimotos. I'm hoping with a dietitian help and more exercise I can get off this weight as I had almost given up.

I usually love Dr Hood, but her staff is hit or miss. And my MyChart messages have not been responded to within the 1-2 days.
