The girl at registration was very hard to understand what she was saying. Low voice when speaking with the mask an was wearing. Not clear so had to ask a couple of times what she was saying .

I know perfection is sought after by Dr. Malek and her wonderful staff, and they come very close. But sometimes the aim for perfection can become the enemy of the very good! Dr. Malek and her staff are very, very good at what they do. I'm very grateful!
