The Service at this Medical Facility is Awesome !!!! Don't have to change a thing ?

By asking me what did I need or did I have any questions or concerns about my health issues going forward. I described my pain and wasn't offered no solutions or answers to why I was possibly having this pain.

Nothing. Everything was excellent and Dr. Oliver is a wonderful and caring doctor. I'm glad I found him.

Everyone who attended me was professional, caring, knowledgeable and respectful. I wish all my interactions with medical care providers was this nice. Thanks for the good service.

Was not offered tamiflu when my symptoms just started and was told to get the flu shot next year and sent me out the back door. There was no care and was just scolded for not getting the vaccine. I will never be back, this was unacceptable and will not pay a penny for this horrendous service. It felt like he wanted me to suffer because I didn't get the shot; Even though my friend who didn't test positive but said she was around me got tamiflu. I had to suffer and still am suffering due to this incompetent self righteous doctor.

Have someone who knows what they are doing when drawing blood. I have very easy veins to draw blood from, and it took her two sticks, and both were low success and one with a hematoma.

There is nothing to improve, I had a great visit

The doctor did not appear to have reviewed my medical records. He did not discuss my recent labs.

As I'm now into lots of specialty care that comes with age (like a car, things break down, break or can be fixed), "call me if this condition worsens" is a great help! I feel my PCP and nurses are doing that so far; please keep up that pace. I'm grateful--thanks!

Good visit! Doctor Oliver is so awesome and professional. He listened to me and looked at me while we talked. The nurses were polite, professional and most all smiled appropriately.

Improve access to My Chart. If I enter My Chart in a search engine, it comes up with multiple hits, often out of town. It would probably be a good idea to instruct searchers to enter the word Prisma.

Well, I was given paperwork that had stopped a medication that I was still supposed to be taking and I just had to wait days to get back in touch with them to find out what was going on.

The nurse did not know what is she doing and the compression of the bp aparatus on my arm was too tight and very painful.
