    Couldn't be better!!!!!!! I walked up three flights of stairs because the elevator was out! That's how important it was to see my doctor! And I ambulate by walker! I credit my Dr. For saving my life!!

    They did not fill out my paper work correctly for the return phase for a TB test for employment. I came back at 72 hours +3 hours and was told I had to test take the test again even though I was given bad information regarding my return and my paperwork, which I still have, was not filled out properly, and the the had the audacity to charge me an additional $35 after I already paid $70 for the two point test. The they were rude to me about it because I was not happy then when I returned I was told I would have to wait another hour and 45 minutes again due to lack of information told to me! Unbelievable. I told my primary physician about this experience and I will never go To urgent care again! Dr. Maceda is amazing great doctor and I love him as just primary!

    You asked about nurses, well I did not know who is a nurse, tech or anything else. I know the doctor because I've been going there for quite some time now. There might have been lack of staff at the front desk.

    No I felt supported at all times! I feel blessed to have Dr. Maceda care for me! My health continues to improve under his care! BP, cholesterol etc . Are all in excellent range,and, nothing was before I found this Family practice!!

    The doctor and practice manager was more concerned with my coverage rather than addressing all my medical problems and needs. The doctor didn't even touch me so I don't understand how he made this assessment. I was in alot of pain at the visit.

    Too much time is spent staring at the computer and not listening to the patient. No one listened to my heart or lungs, looked down my throat or up my birth certificate. And I'm sure I will be charged for an office visit and insurance charged for a wellness visit. The dr. seemed rushed and I remember walking out of there feeling like I didn't matter. Typical corporate health care. They have an allotted time and there's more concern about setting up the next appointment.

    Assist your staff by providing a full time CODING person. it will assist you MD/PA's/NP's as well as increase your profits from denied Insurance Claims. This will decrease your need to pay your staff for resubmission of claims and lost time, which equals increased profits to your company.

    I had an appointment and I arrived at the time shortly before the time of my appointment and I was informed that my appointment time had been changed for one hour and 40 minutes later. I was very distressing. Nobody told me that they changed my appointment time. I don't know who did it.

    Stop trying to cram in as many patient visits as possible for providers. I received all these automated reminders about being on time for my visit, and was there 15 minutes early. I was taken back 5 minutes late and waited in the room for 45 minutes until I was seen.

    Dr Maceda and the nurses are excellent in my personal opinion. The PROBLEM that I am having is with nobody set up my follow up visit. I have called and left detailed messages to get the follow up visit and have received NOT one call back. That SUCKS for me and the wonderful Dr and nurses.

    I left feeling as if there is a process in place, that was followed (schedule pap smear, schedule physical, schedule mamogram), but i don't feel we really focused on my ongoing issue. I received medication that has worked for certain body parts, but nothing for the area affected weekly. No options, no medication, no questions asked by the provider.

    The nursing staff needs to have much better bedside manner, a little personality, casual conversation, just anything to help keep the patient calm, which did not happen with me. And thus, my blood pressure was very high, causing all kinds of issues when I don't really have high blood pressure.

    My experience here has always been great. I don't really see a need for improvement. Maybe at the front desk when asking personal questions such as is the address and phone number the same say it a little more quiet. Or maybe not say the address or phone number and simply ask if it is the same. That would be the only thing I could think of charging, but that's not a big deal at all.
