I cant even tell you it was my first time going to that doctor but he made me feel good about going there i even drove a hour and dont mind driving back whenever i need to go

Nothing I think Prisma does A great job!

Dr. Maceda and the entire Prisma staff are excellent. Nothing could have made my office visit better. However, Mychart could be revamped to make navigation better. Also patients should have greater access to removing files and information uploaded accidentally such as end of life planning documents and other external files.

Nothing! from your Front Desk, Nurse, Nurse Assistant and Dr. Everyone was very Professional and Polite. They even sung Happy Birthday when I walked in, even though it was not my Birthday! LOL... (One of the nurses Mother I believe) but it was funny timing. Your staff seems to work very well together making the entire experience a very positive one for me.

Continue the current process. Everyone is friendly and professional. Always smiling and shows genuine care.

The nurse was disengaged. She didn't ask me if I had any new concerns so I just started telling her. She said she. Would let the doctor know, and she did because he mentioned one of the two things I told her. She said I could leave a urine specimen if I wanted to and pointed to the cup. I asked if I needed to or not. She said it was up to me. That was ODD!!!! The floors were dirty and stained. It should have been cleaner for sure!

Couldn't be better!!!!!!! I walked up three flights of stairs because the elevator was out! That's how important it was to see my doctor! And I ambulate by walker! I credit my Dr. For saving my life!!

They did not fill out my paper work correctly for the return phase for a TB test for employment. I came back at 72 hours +3 hours and was told I had to test take the test again even though I was given bad information regarding my return and my paperwork, which I still have, was not filled out properly, and the the had the audacity to charge me an additional $35 after I already paid $70 for the two point test. The they were rude to me about it because I was not happy then when I returned I was told I would have to wait another hour and 45 minutes again due to lack of information told to me! Unbelievable. I told my primary physician about this experience and I will never go To urgent care again! Dr. Maceda is amazing great doctor and I love him as just primary!

The CMA,PCR and the Provider were well respectful and nice. The Doctor had no problem answering any of my question.

Can't think of a thing. I called for an appoinment, described my symptoms, and had an appointment within the hour. It's a good thing, too. I have the flu.

You asked about nurses, well I did not know who is a nurse, tech or anything else. I know the doctor because I've been going there for quite some time now. There might have been lack of staff at the front desk.

Can not think of a single thing. Provider and staff are very professional and courteous.

I don't feel like anything else needed to be done. I was treated very well by nurse and physician. Both were very patience and answered all my questions and concerns.

I was very pleased with the whole team!

No I felt supported at all times! I feel blessed to have Dr. Maceda care for me! My health continues to improve under his care! BP, cholesterol etc . Are all in excellent range,and, nothing was before I found this Family practice!!

The doctor and practice manager was more concerned with my coverage rather than addressing all my medical problems and needs. The doctor didn't even touch me so I don't understand how he made this assessment. I was in alot of pain at the visit.

Too much time is spent staring at the computer and not listening to the patient. No one listened to my heart or lungs, looked down my throat or up my birth certificate. And I'm sure I will be charged for an office visit and insurance charged for a wellness visit. The dr. seemed rushed and I remember walking out of there feeling like I didn't matter. Typical corporate health care. They have an allotted time and there's more concern about setting up the next appointment.

Assist your staff by providing a full time CODING person. it will assist you MD/PA's/NP's as well as increase your profits from denied Insurance Claims. This will decrease your need to pay your staff for resubmission of claims and lost time, which equals increased profits to your company.
