The check in area doesn't allow for privacy at all.

I am a new patient, and it took me about two months to get an appointment. That is the only complaint. Other than that, it was great appointment! The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt like I was listened to and I did not feel like she was rushing to get to the next patient.

Nothing additional, I'm very satisfied with the support and trust I have in the providers.

Girls at the front always seem pretty occupied when you arrive

Emily Powers is a phenomenal physician's assistant. The staff was excellent. I couldn't have asked for better support. The receptionist was phenomenal. I truly and have always enjoyed my stay or my medical care in the hands of Prisma Health, Emily Powers. Thank you, Emily. You are phenomenal.

Just to clarify why I noted that Emily Powers seemed to mostly known my history. This was my 1st time seeing her, as my PCP left the practice . And I was able to see her the same day that I called for an appt. I am very pleased with how the appt went.
