Everyone treated me with respect and doctor Hernandez was wonderful. I like him a lot. He was easy to talk to and he talked to me about my health and things I should be aware of. I love the entire experience.

As I have stated before, the employees at the front desk are not friendly when I walk through the door, they never speak or greet me. They have these looks on their face as if my presence is annoying them. I have contemplated so many times leaving the practice because of that very reason just that brief interaction with them is so disheartening no customer service. I don't leave because Dr. Johan Hernandez is such an amazing physician from his knowledge to his personality. He is always so welcoming, inviting pleasant, knowledgeable, and such a genuine person. For that very reason I stay.

My child's provider wasn't available this day (which isn't an issue at all). Dr. H was kind, caring and understanding. I felt like he listened really well and was very attentive. I appreciate him taking time to see my daughter and offering to reach out to allergists he knows to address her health issue. I love this clinic and I am always impressed with the care provided.

I always feel comfortable when I have a doctor appointment. Everyone is nice. I don't have to sit and wait to be called. The receptionist greets me with a smile and so does the nurse. I enjoy my doctor visits.

I responded a little too quickly to the first two questions. I definitely was able to get an appointment when I needed to, and the facilities were clean, and the receptionists were kind, and I put a two when I really should have put a four. Like I said, I responded too quickly. I thought it maybe was just a one-key response as opposed to four. So, please forgive me on that, and, you know, I'm good on everything else. Thank you so much.

The check in staff. I have literally considered leaving the practice because of it. When you walk in, there's no smiles no hello how are you? It literally makes me feel unwelcome. When you check out, there's no have a great day no smiles. The customer service is definitely a one out of five from them. It's so disheartening because Dr Hernandez is such an amazing physician.

My only complaint was the length of time I had to wait before having my blood drawn. I saw other patients get called back for their appointment, return to the waiting room and get called back for their blood work, and leave before I was called back for my labwork. I did not get called back until Dr. Hernandez personally saw me waiting and notified the lab technician that I had been waiting too long. Once he did this, I got called back almost immediately. I appreciate his attentiveness, but this should never have been necessary.

I just noticed that the floors in the exam room looked filthy, even with dust bunnies in the corner. I didn't look like it had been fully cleaned in awhile but, otherwise the facility was clean. I love Dr. Hernandez and his staff.

There was respect, support and definitely trust with Dr. Johan Hernandez. Very caring, attentive, knowledgeable, comfortable to talk to, thorough, subjective, objective, engaging, personable and detailed physician. And he ask questions that a lay patient wouldn't think to ask or forgot to ask. He knew his job and not the patient having to do all the work. Need more physicians such as he. The only concern because of the spread of germs and diseases, should be more hand washing and mask wearing in an effort not to contract a nosocomial infection. Thank you

Not sure when this survey process began but I needed this opportunity on another visit that I had with another physician in believe in 2023. My one and only visit with that physician. These responses would have been drastically different.
