Nothing everything was perfect

It has always been a mystery to me that older folks receive less attention via Medicare Well Checks than when I was younger and working with insurance. Obviously it is financial related. I appreciate the time and input Dr. DeCosmo spent with me, I am sure he is following Prisma guidelines for Medicare patients.

Yes, I needed to be able to ask a question specifically to the doctor after I left. It was my mistake. I did not ask one of the most important questions. So I'm not sure how you do that. On my chart, I will send something, I guess, maybe next week. But that's all. Thank you.

I'm not sure if Dr. DeCosmo could have done better. He listened to me. Told me what he noticed and observed and ordered appropriate testing to see where we need to start to get my health back to a top priority. He was kind and funny and I appreciate his candor.

My only issue is the fact that you guys only allow a 15 minute time frame for your visits. I realize you've got a lot of patience to get through but 15 minutes is not a whole lot of time when you're seeing a Doctor what every 6 months every year whatever it's just kind of restrictive. With what you can add go over

The staff does a good job on letting me know about my health.

This appointment is a direct response to my leaving GHS without seeing an ER doctor. Dr. DeCosmo and I went over my list outside of the dizzying issue. My 15 minute appointment went over due to his personal attention ??. I have been with Keystone for 25 years and a bunch of doctors. He is the best.
