All was well! No concerns

They were perfect. So caring, respectful, and courteous.

This morning, I called to see if my earring was abnormal. So I just want to talk to the people and find out. I saw that on my chart. And my doctor is Dr. Allen. So I just don't understand what it means to have abnormal hearing. Thank you. Okay?

Dr Allen is one of the best Drs. I have ever had she straight forward and listens to me and takes a lot of interest in me. She makes me feel comfortable about talking to her about any issues I may have. She is one of the best and I'm glad to have her as my Dr.

My original appointment was cancelled. I asked to be placed on the wait-list. I was never placed on the wait-list. I had to come by the office and ask the front desk to place me on the wait-list. I asked the nurse that cancelled my appointment to do this. It's important to listen carefully and act with a sense of concern and be reliable.
