The staff here is wonderful

I can't think of anything that would have made my visit any better. They gave me great care!

I was very please with my Dr, the nurse had a very pleaseing attitude, they all were very pleaseing. I like how they please me. I wish i could have found them years before, they make u feel so relax. I am very very please, I give. them A, I JUST LOVE THEM.

It is my opinion that this was the most effective visit I have had with the South Carolina healthcare system.

None, this experience was wonderful. Dr. Rushford listened and went over my history with me. I would recommend her to anyone. I was a little hesitant after the rapport that I had built with my previous doctor, but Dr. Rushford was great.

This was my first visit with KAYLEIGH RUSHFORD FNP. I felt very comfortable and trusted in how we are going to proceed with my treatment plan. I felt like she listened to my concerns fully. We even went back over my medical Records and there was a lot to go through but she took the time and updated everything. I can't wait to see how we progress together. I am definitely recommending her to all my family and friends.

I wouldn't change a thing, the staff was courteous and professional when I walked in, the nurse was cheerful and professional and and NP Kayleigh Rushford was amazing. Ive never had a practitioner take so much time to get to know my medical history and work with me. I'm so happy found this practice. Everyone seemed happy doing their jobs, you don't see that at all times.

more help with pain management gave me a number I called but haven't called me back it's been 3 days

N/A everybody at the office are so friendly and patient caring the Nurse Practioner was so helpful and filled out the form for me so she could get my records from my primary Doctor in Rhode Island and the Orthopetic Doctor

Honestly my visit went perfectly. Probably the best PCP I've ever encountered where I've feel not only comfortable but seen and heard the entire visit.

Our physician was very helpful and thorough.

Every detail was performed to the letter.The visit, just as the earlier trips , were as comfortable for me. I will surely follow Kayleigh R. to her new medical location in Columbia. She has helped me greatly in my determination for better health.

She was very kind and concerned with my health.

It was said in a text to arrive at 7:45am for my 8:00am appointment however the staff didn't come in until 8. There were 2 other people that arrived early as well for their appointments. When we told the receptionist this she couldn't understand this. This was not acceptable.

You don't have to do anything different. My doctor is the best . She is very professional . She does mean business and only do and say what she feels is best for you . She has more of a mother figure and passion for her patients. I couldn't have made a better choice for a Doctor .

Your entire staff was very friendly and caring. I felt very comfortable with everyone as I was on my very first visit. I am very happy that I have found your practice. I have always been nervous visiting a doctors' office in the past. I like visiting your place better than any doctor and staff I have met in my lifetime.

I have never seen any doctor or nurse wash or sanitize their hands before talking with me. It would be nice to see them do it in front of the patient.

Front desk person who answers the phone was unprofessional hung up on me and canceled my appointment without me knowing it. I showed up and was told I had no appointment
