I was very satisfied with the staff.The waiting room carpet is very dirty!

It was a great visit.

Wife came late and wasn't allowed back. They continually made excuses till I walked out. She was furious. I will not use this provider again. All I really got was "if it persists, go to emergency room." A referal was submitted but then that group sent me notices that tried many times to contact me, which wasn't true and that earliest appointment was in a month. So much for urgent. I will seek care elsewhere.

I love going to her, i love her medical assistant or flash nurse, she is lovely, I love working with them, they are always kind always prettiest. and they get me out quickly. I had a great experience, no notes. I was greeted by name, my wait was short, the nurse was very friendly and my doctor expressed care for my needs and happiness that my new medications were helping. My experience at check out was pleasant and I had no issues scheduling a follow up appointment. The only note I would have is that the interior of the building could use an upgrade.

I was extremely satisfied with not only Dr Blakley , but the ENTIRE staff. Dr Blakley took her time and explained everything to me. She also sent referrals to different doctors and Advanced Prosthetics for me. I would DEFINITELY Recommend her and the staff to anyone looking for a Primary Care Physician.

I'm always pleased with my visits to Michelle Blakley's office. Everyone is knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring! I'm confident NP Michelle will listen to any health concerns I have and absolutely help any way she can! I have been her patient for years!

I could hear the receptionists talking and laughing about other patients while I was in the waiting area. Saying something about they were glad a particular pt cancelled bc she was annoying but she was stupid for cancelling. Makes me wonder what they might be saying about me.

Waiting time

I have not taken any medicine after being declared a diabetic. I lost 25 lbs., and my h1c is now at the prediabetic level. My h1c will continue to go down. I am not currently a diabetic, and do not wish to be labled one. My Doctor says I will always be labled as one. This is wrong in my opinion.

The entire experience was wonderful, I can't think of any additional ideas to improve trust at this time.
