Hi, it was very difficult for me to get an appointment and I just needed a medical, like a prescription appointment to discuss the prescription I needed for anxiety. And also for my daughter, her appointments were rescheduled multiple times for Dr. Frick and they were, it almost took a year for her to get her initial checkup. her yearly checkup. It was almost a year late. So because it was rescheduled by the office multiple times. So those are some issues scheduling and getting in. It took me three months to get in to get my, just for me to go in and get a prescription consultation. Thank you.

I have total confidence and trust with Kimberly Frick handling my medical needs.She always listens.

All they have to do is keep doing what they're doing, treating people with kindness and giving them respect and helping them when they need them. They're doing the right thing. They're doing a good job.

Offer a virtual appointment if no blood work or urine sample needs to be collected. I am disabled and it's hard coming physically into the office sometimes when I am in pain but overall, I love Dr. Frick and her staff

I had trouble with the e-check in. Each time I started, the system would let me get into the program and then give me an error message and tell me to try again. On one try I almost finished when I got the error message, which, btw, started off with the word "oops".

I'm just a little bit kind of doubtful because before I had the brain injury in 1980, back then people used to assume brain injury was a mental illness.

They didn't schedule my 6 month visit while I was there. I couldn't do it in MyChart and had to call. This needs to be done while the patient is still there after the visit.

I think when I explained my concerns, I don't feel heard. I don't feel validated. It was very dismissed. And I prepped for that conversation over and over again, thinking it was going to be an in-depth conversation and it wasn't. My provider definitely, she was dismissive.

I was treated well and I have no complaints. They staff and team are very professional in their dealings

My first time seeing Kimberly as my long time GP was not available. I was pleased with the time she spent with me and addressed my issues

Their is nothing you all need to improve on, this is a EXCELLENT place to receive care.

NP Frick and the healthcare team was very kind,respectful, and trustworthy!

The sick call appointment call back could have been a little quicker than 2 hours, but I was seen the same day, within an hour of the callback.

Make the treatment rooms bigger

Everything was reliable and the same as I've always remembered it. I trust my care with NP Frick, and will continue to drive to Columbia just for that purpose. Even if I'm hospitalized, I want her to have access to my records so I know she's reviewing everything.
