Yes, I'd like my appointment with Dr. Utsey was extraordinarily wonderful. She was great. Each staff member, the one who checked me in, I apologize. I had their names on, so I apologize. I can't put my hands on it right a second. But each person who checked in, the nurse, and everybody that I had contact with was absolutely excellent, professional, kind, and did exactly what made me comfortable with being there. And Dr. Utsey was just wonderful, wonderful. So it's my first time to see her, so I was very thankful for her and all of the staff there for my visit. Thank you.

My husband and I recently had COVID and we couldn't reach anyone by phone. It was on a weekday when we tested positive for COVID and wanted to get the medicine as soon as possible. I tried 3 times to get through to anyone there by phone and was not even able to leave a message. The recording said to press 4 for extensions to leave a message and then said that it was not a working number.

Continue to be a good listener, and show compassion if they have been through difficult times.Continue to respect their decisions on vaccines. If you can relate to something they have or are experiencing, please share something about yourself. That builds a trusting relationship, because someone cared enough to say " I've been there too", or , " I know just how that feels because..." . It lets us know you are human too. I had a great connection with Mary. It was so refreshing !
