My caregiver, Matthew Keaton, is excellent. He understands. He does a great job. And I appreciate the time that I get to come in to have an appointment in person and online, however the appointment is conducted. And my only request is to not get this every single time that I have an appointment because I fill it out every single time. And I just don't really feel like I need this every single time because they're amazing. I'm never going to give them any other ratings other than that. So appreciate you. Thank you.

The person who drew my blood was rude and didn't listen when I explained that I have a blood clotting issue so they need to use certain colored tubes for my bloodwork. I would have really appreciated if she would have listened to me and checked my chart.

Matthew Keaton is the best! He has been my provider for over ten years and I will always go to him. He's always there when I message him. He always replies and he always gives me the information that I need whether it's regarding my body, my female body, anything else.

I have no concerns at this time. Was greeted with a warm welcome from the registration staff at an early 7:15 appointment. As usual, Dr. Matthew was very thorough in his examination and I just loved his nurse for that day. She also made the visit very calming.

I can't thank Dr. Matthew Keaton enough. I sent a message through MyChart about the pain I was in, and within an hour someone from his office called to get me scheduled for the same day. He has been this attentive and caring ever since taking over for my previous provider, and I truly appreciate the level of compassion and responsiveness he continues to show.

I cannot think of anything. I can say without a doubt that Reedy Family Medicine is an outstanding primary care provider office, The receptionist is kind, cheerful, and helpful. The nurses are outstanding. They seem very knowledgeable and very compassionate. My primary care provider Mathew Keaton is absolutely phenonmenal. He is easy to talk to, very knowledgable, very responsive to communication on the PRISMA Health portal, and compassionate. He is absolutely the best. I will never be leaving Reedy Family Medicine as long as Matthew Keaton continues to be a family health practioner there.

Matthew Keaton is probably the best physician that I've seen in your facility for years. He takes exceptional time to listen to you. He gives you diversified feedback. He listens and interacts with you so that we come hopefully to the right conclusion. If you send him a MyChart message, boom-yow, rapidly he's back in touch with you with a follow-up message. If you need prescriptions filled, very rapid feedback on that. Just everything about my experience there, I prefer to see Matthew only. I don't have the confidence, and this may be me personally and not a detriment to others, but I have exceptional confidence and Matthew and I appreciate.

Nothing. Keep Matthew Keaton, because his care is the reason I've stayed through changing from Saint Francis to Prisma, and several location moves over the years. The location is less convenient than past locations, but I have no problem driving the extra few minutes for a solid provider that's built trust over many years.

This office has the best team ever!!! I always feel welcome and heard. Matthew listens attentively, gives multiple options so that I can make an informed decision.

Matthew is the BEST PCP I HAVE EVER HAD!

I had severe vertigo and was extremely nauseated. The lady checking me in asked if I was Laura when I came thru the front door. she was more interested in getting paid the $50.00 than if I needed a wheelchair or a seat first. I was not happy about this experience.

I absolutely cannot think of anything. Both my husband and I are patients at Reedy Family Medicine. We would never consider going anywhere else. The receptionist that greets me and checks me in is professional, friendly, and helpful. The nurses are absolutely great. Mathew Keaton NP is our primary care giver. He is absolutely phenomenal. He is easy to communicate with through the portal and also in person. He is extremely knowledgeable and provides medical guidance and support effortlessly. We have total trust in him as our primary care provider.
