long 45 minute wait to see the doctor for 10 minutes then I went on my way.

Every one was grea. Dr Marshall is very caring and helpful.

Nothing needs to change. Great office with knowledgeable, caring staff and doctors.

I have Express Scripts for my prescriptions. 90 day is all they will fill. It has been difficult to get my prescriptions. One wasn't covered and im having a difficult time finding a substitute.

I waited a while to get blood drawn with several other people. Not sure where the phlebotomist was, but did finally show up and did a good job.

My MRI today was great. I can't say anything else pleasant otherwise. There's not enough characters left in this text box to explain. I have no faith in Prisma... but Prisma is the only healthcare I can choose from. I've had both good and bad experiences. I have it documented. Can someone reach out to me and explain why I spent 8 hours in the ER waiting room last week?

My only complaint I had was the wait time to see my provider. My appt was for 9:40am and I wasn't seen by the provider till 10:10. I sat in the exam room for 30 minutes. No with that said, I understand the extended time needed for your providers to give custom care to each and everyone of us and I respect that! However, if this type of reasoning is to expected then the scheduled visit times needs to reflect this. Don't put the provider in a position to have to justify why they are coming in late to exam! I made the mistake of calling my provider out about it after he asked to have labs drawn! This drives a wedge between provider and patient. To this point my provider wouldn't except my apologies afterwards. Now, at this point I had expected to be either on way back to work or at work. I would assume if I was 30 mins late to my appt I would have been turned away and made to reschedule. All I ask is respect your patients schedules like you expect us to respect yours!

I don't know how my experience could have been any better.

Well , older people like don't know how to set up the lab setting to help me see my results, it would be nice to have some one there to help us to get it done before we go, if it's not to much to ask, I have no one to help my family live to far.

It was a first meeting & trust & confidence takes time to build. I felt it was as good as could be expected for initial consultation.

The support provided by Dr Marshall & his staff was awesome. I have complete trust and confidence in that Team. They were professional, knowledgable, polite, listened attentively to my questions and answered all questions concisely, to the point, and at a level I could understand.

Dr. Marshall always takes the best care of his patients. He takes the time to review your medical history and really tries to care for you as the person and not just the disease. He is the most compassionate provider I have ever met. We will always be greatful for the care that Dr. Marshall provided for my grandmother during this difficult time.

I feel respected and I totally trusted Dr. Marshall, so no improvement required.

Can't think of one now. I appreciate the flexibility in getting an appointment on short notice. Also staff very competent and nice.

Nothing received the best of care

The doctor did not seem thorough enough. He did not check my heart or throat even though he knew I have chronic sinusitis. I requested that he check my ears since I have had recent infections, but he did not initiate that. He also does not appear to follow up with lab tests, especially the ones that are abnormal.

I just wanna say that Dr. Michael Marshall is the best doctor that we've had. He's got awesome, fantastic bedside manners. He's a great doctor. You feel that you can speak with him freely. He makes you feel like he actually cares about your health. He's the best. I recommend him to anybody.
