I have nothing negative to say. Everything was positive with Dr. Crawford. I had a great visit and the only thing I could see they could improve in is being a little bit more efficient, faster in the lab.

I don't know if anything that could have been improved on this visit. I did have to wait a few minutes for my appointment, but I don't mind. I understand that the doctor may need to spend more time with a patient than estimated. I never feel like she rushes through my appointments.

I'm well pleased. I've referred some family and co workers but my Dr is no longer accepting new patients, that's how well pleased I am.

Everything was great. The whole staff from checking in to checking out are amazing. Your staff and Dr. Crawford are amazing she always has a smile and you know you are in the best care she really loves her patients and makes you feel at home. I love everyone at this office you have the greatest staff and are blessed to have amazing people working here. I never have to give my name at check in or check out they are amazing women working up front. Nurse is amazing and nurse doing labs are great.

The nurse was not professional and rude, I have had this particular nurse several times and always am treated like I am a complete waste of her time. Too bad because I love Dr. Crawford and her other nurses.

Riverside has always be great to me and my family. Can't think of anything that they missed.

When the appointment reminder is sent out, it would be nice to include if fasting is recommended or necessary before coming in. It wasn't mentioned beforehand, although I had enough medical knowledge to know that would be necessary for the blood draw that was scheduled.

I don't hear well. If they wear masks, it's even harder to hear. But I let them know and they adjusted to help me hear better.

Post hospital stay, I received a call from the nurse that I needed to schedule a follow-up by the next week. No appts were available until 2 weeks after discharge.

The biggest problem I have is getting the nurse to call back on pertinent information I need. I tried twice on medical appointment needs only to have never had the nurse call me back. When I called I was told the attending nurse would call to inform me. She never did. This caused me to have had to take other professional steps to meet the need.

We've covered all I know. To add that feedback I would need to have a question. Since I don't then I can't think of a way to improve anything.

Seems like the intake Nurse on the team is always new since Prisma has taken over a few years ago.

I have NO complaints. I love the staff, location and Dr Crawford DEARLY.

I have seen this doctor for years getting my ADHD medication. She knows how much I struggle when I don't have it. I had a sudden spike in my blood pressure, so she wouldn't prescribe it to me. Now I have to try to work without it, which is causing me a lot of extra stress and making it difficult to work, at a time when it is particularly critical for me to be doing my best. She didn't offer me any alternative solutions or take my issues into account, just told me to come back next week. I left the office in full tears; I don't trust her anymore: I don't want to be her patient, or the patient of anyone that will intentionally and flippantly make my days harder on me. If my blood pressure is a problem, why didn't she ask me about what was going on in my life that might have elevated it? I don't know if it's stress, lack of enough exercise, something I'm eating - all she told me is that it was too high. I need my medicine and I don't know how to fix anything to be "healthy" enough to get it, which just makes me more stressed. I'm so upset.

Dr. Crawford has always been the epitome of a professional excellence. She's always treated me with courtesy. I've always received my appointments on time. She's always punctual. I just couldn't say enough good about her. She's an excellent doctor. I've had her as my primary care doctor now for about 20 years, and she's just the best in my book. Thank you.

Yes, I've been diabetic for quite a while and I was asking about, do you have a round table talk that we can go to where we, you know, learn more about it than just coming to the office and, you know, telling you, you have to watch what you eat or exercise. A group of people with diabetes, that program used to be here years ago and it needs to come back where you sit around the table and, you know, I, person to person, and talk about it. I think I did that at the free clinic when I didn't have any insurance years ago. And it really helped me because they had, other people had different ideas, different ideas you could talk to, or they can tell you what worked for them or something like that. But it wasn't no program. And we do need a program that we, you know, people would die back and sit around the table at the doctor's office. That will be great, at least once a month or twice a month.

I just compliment Dr. Crawford. I liked her total mannerisms. She seemed genuine, authentic, and you had confidence in what she was saying. And I think I appreciated the fact that she followed up and corrected the situation that I should stop my Simvastatin that I'm taking for my cholesterol when I'm taking the SanoBot. So it was good that she followed through and sent the nurse practitioner out there to tell me. So I just give them all kadoos. Thank you.
