Absolutely nothing. Dr. Vanderkelen is wonderful. One of my referral requests has already been taken care of.

Dr Vanderkelen and the staff were very kind, attentive and professional. No suggestions are needed.

There is improvement needed in the lab. There is only one person. If she can not draw your blood, you have to go to Patewood because they have a "machine." When I go to Patewood they never use a "machine." It is very inconvenient to go to an appointment, wait and then be sent to another facility to wait again. There should be more than one person in this case. I am usually stuck twice and then told, you cn go to Patewood. This has happened more than once and is very frustrating. With a busy schedule, I make my appointment, not having to go to another facility for something that is done in office.

I was so grateful to have been able to get an appointment with Dr. Sierra V. She patiently provided the interpretation of my recent test information and diagnosed my current symptoms. I am a "happy camper" now!!!

Asking patients if they would like to be weighed, rather than directing them to step on the scale immediately, is a simple way to provide more weight-inclusive care and help build trust and respect in the patient-provider relationship.

Doctors office is great but waiting for referral office to call often takes a long time

I have been trying to call to speak with the nurse (left a message) concerning labs and it has been 2 days and no return call yet. I need to reschedule my labs for a much later date due to insurance coverage and I explained this in my message. How do I get in contact with someone so my provider is aware of the situation? I realize this isn't a concierge practice but it would be nice my call was returned after 2 days so I know how to proceed forward.
