Was suppose to be there at 7:45 am for an 8am appointment. Should pay staffers to be there at 7:45. Or just say 8am be there.

The assistant I saw prior to Dr Sell seemed to have an attitude problem. I did not feel she properly used BP equipment and I got an elevated reading. I told her I felt the cuff was not on properly and was told it was fine. Dr sell did a manual reading and it was normal. Which proved my point.

Very supportive , listening and make you feels comfy while checking your blood pressure, and other things they need to do, I'll keep on scheduling with my provider every year, she's amazing with a beautiful smiles seldom you can't find to anyone! Including her assistant ready to serve anyone!

I'm not sure I should have had to make an appointment to get a medication refilled that I've taken for years.

I had blood work withdrawal and I am not satisfied with the phlebotomist's skills. The site on right arm is still sore and bruise after her first to attempted. I told her she was hurting my arm with her trying to find the correct site for blood to flow. The phlebotomist in my opinion was not very professional. She continued to hum without acknowledging my concerns. The phlebotomist then tried my left arm, which the blood did start to flow without any problems. This is my second time experiencing dissatisfaction when having my blood withdrawn. My hand has been scratched by a phlebotomist with the needle as she pulled the needle out. Now this phlebotomist has a heavy hand and unprofessional behavior of not acknowledging my pain.

I would have appreciated the results of my urine specimen. It's been four days and I still do not have a result.

We are very pleased with our experience during our appts with Dr. Sell. She gives concise info that my elderly mother can understand, and thoroughly reviews the info in her chart from other providers in order to give us sound advice.

Not a thing! Dr. Sell answered all my questions and explained the results of a recent UltraSound to me thoroughly. She is also excellent about answering questions in My Chart. Everyone in the facility is cheerful and helpful. I appreciate them very much!

I think you have done everything you could to offer support to your patient while seeing them. However, a follow-up phone call is helpful to see if patients need more support when health issue arises.
