I have nothing to add. I love this office and everyone is so nice to me.

Visit went well dr was filling in for regular dr who is on maternity leave.

Everything was GREAT Dr Stubbs and the nurse were GOOD ??

Nothing needed to be done! You guys are amazing!

To help us get medication when we need it, to get into programs to help us who don't have insurance.

My people on my team that helped me was most respectful. Good job they do. And it's nothing bad I can say by myself. Thank you all for the work you do.

The best way is to answer MyChart and call in the refills that are asked for and not wait two weeks and then not answer the MyChart questions.

I felt supported and well cared for by my physician.

Everything and everyone was on point during the visit. However, the office can do a better job of calling patients back when we call into the office and leave a message.

I was very happy with my visit. Zero issues in any way.

Dr. Sub was very informative and my daughter really liked her. She usually doesn't like doctors. She was very, very informative on my daughter's needs and her concerns and I would recommend her and she is now going to be my doctor, my daughter's new physician, primary care physician. Thank you.

Everything is good, so I do not have no complaints

I don't see anything any of them could have done better. I was treated very nice and very polite as if I was one of their friends. And I'm going to bring my brother-in-law back, too.

Dr. Stubbs is a nice doctor, I will say, but I don't think she delivered my information the correct way. She sent my prescription to two different pharmacies. One pharmacy said he couldn't fill it because she sent it somewhere else and my allergies be bothering me and the problem still hasn't been solved. So she needs to be more better when she's sending the people prescriptions and wasting people gas because I don't have a vehicle.

I think it's very important to show an interest in your patient.

Excellent care by Doctor, Nurse and other personnel. Great facility.

No complaints from this visit. The only thing is, I didn't see any hot hand washing, but there was no close invasive treatments done so I didn't complain.

This office was a 10/10. I feel heard as it relates to my my concerns. My thoughts are acknowledged and I am given honest medical advice/care with every question I pose. I feel comfortable with this provider and confident in my ability to manage my health after leaving my visits.

Being a new patient establishing care it would have been nice if the doctor introduced themselves upon entering into the room.

Well the checkout lady was very loud about my blood work getting done, and she was very patient and a little rude setting my next doctor's visits. But the check and being seen by the doctor was outstanding.

Provider needs to work on bedside manner.

Everything went just with my visit

The appointment itself was great. Dr. Stubbs was awesome. A lady that drew blood for my daughter was first rate. It was a good experience. The only thing is Dr. Stubbs put in a referral for a pediatric gynecologist and a child psychologist to follow up with us to make an appointment and they haven't done that yet. I don't know if that's on the part of the office we went to or if whoever they submitted the referral to just is dragging their feet. So anyway, that'd be the only negative. And I'm not sure, again, that's the facility's fault.

Bedroom slippers would work; this was a fantastic visits, thanks so much!

Wonderful experience

I was very pleased with my visit!!! And Dr. Stubbs was a pleasure! I was confident that I was receiving great care!!!

I was not informed after my appointment time started that the doctor was running behind. Being a first-time patient, it made my first experience not as good as it should have been. Understanding staffing needs, I expected a bit more care as a first-time patient than a returning patient.

Well, it could really be a little bit more friendly. I believe a little bit more friendly and have a little bit more compassion. When you're waiting on people, you're offering service to someone. You could smile a little bit more because that really does help a person, especially if they're having an issue or going through anything.
