Excellent care

Registration staff was rude and commented that "we only opened at Noon, you should be seated". Appointments are scheduled at the convenience of the practice and patients are fit into that schedule.

To be honest I didn't notice anything that needed to be changed. Everyone was helpful and professional. Dr Chaundry is A+ she is always thorough and caring and professional.

I didnt like that they had me sign some documents that I couldn't read. They would say what it was for then say sign the pad

I felt like I was rushed in this appointment. It's probably due to the fact that my appointment was towards the end of the day.

The staff is always very professional and respectful with me. Dr. Chaudhry is always very nice, listens, and examine me for whatever I'm there for, explains, and prescribe meds and do follow-ups if needed. She's really good to me. My wait time was longer than usual , but that's expected accassionally at a doctor's office.

My appointment was for 11:30. i got there at 11:15. They took me right away took my blood pressure nurse so me some question. I didn't see Dr until 12:10. Long wait. Usually not that way but was this day.

I was asked to submit results of colonoscopy, using my chart, I have not been able to find a way to add files to my record. Older similar applications had that ability. If the current MyChart has a way to submit follow up requests, it either needs to be made very visible and/or added.

After my appointment, a prescription for Magic Mouth Wash was called into Walmart. However Walmart does not mix Magic Mouth Wash or any such mixing prescriptions. I called the office requesting the prescription be transferred to Walgreens on Two Notch/Rabon Rd. I asked Walgreens to call Walmart to try to get the prescription transferred. I called the office a total of 3 times. I requested it on My Chart! Friday late afternoon I was assured by a secretary that Dr. Chaudhry had finally called in the prescription to Walgreens to be filled by them. I know she went home at noon. It should not have gone into her off hours ???

Support is, there was an issue. I would love the front desk to have more customer service training. Even though you may have died down on some of the disrespect at that front desk, I think they need more customer service. And starting off with working for the office management team to not allow so much disrespect. back and forth between the customer and that staff. So more respect on that behalf and more customer care and training. Thank you.
